Team members, roles, and seatsTeams

Inviting people, the difference between Admin and Member, seat limits, and removing someone.

If you're on a team, Team Workspace is where you manage who's in it. Everyone on the team can see the member list. Changing it is limited to team admins.

Admin and Member

Every member carries a role pill: Admin or Member. Team admins can invite people, change roles, remove members, edit team settings, and manage the team's MCP keys. Members use the product and share into the library, but don't manage the team.

Worth being clear about this: a team admin is not a Whyzer administrator. It's a role inside your team only, and it gives no access to anything outside it. Also, you can't change your own role, which prevents a team admin from accidentally locking themselves out.

Inviting people

Team admins invite by email. Invitations count against your team's seat limit, so if invites are being refused, check your seats before assuming something is broken. Seat counts can be raised, get in touch.

Removing someone, and leaving

Team admins can remove members. Anyone can leave a team on their own, with one exception: if you're the only admin, you can't leave, because that would strand the team with nobody able to manage it. Promote someone else to admin first.

Activity log

The team keeps a log of role changes, invitations, and joins. It's the thing to check when you're wondering who added whom, or when access changed.
