Whyzer now has a full help centre at /docs, covering every part of the product from finding your first company through to team management, with search across every guide. This changelog is new too, and unlike the old one it is open to all users rather than admins only. Both are reachable from the account menu.

Open any uploaded file, URL, or note in Account Workspace to view or edit its extracted text. Removing a source or contact asks first and tells you the score is refreshing, and switching between Knowledge, Contacts, and CRM keeps whatever you were typing.

Scoring now uses account workspace enrichment, including parallel research lanes, contacts, and your seller ICP, and re-scores after a CRM sync. Rescore all on Your Accounts re-runs every account in view, and you can turn enrichment off per account from the product menu.

What moved now shows which source shifted each dimension, for example call notes moving Tech up by four. Tap the line to open that source in Account Workspace.

Import a Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar account CSV into Your Accounts. Map your columns, review the matches, pin companies already in Whyzer, and queue new ones within your monthly add limit.
